Want to arrive a day early? We’ll book your hotel and transportation for you so you can enjoy a free day before the tour starts ($150 per room fee).

Payment Info

Thank you for traveling with us! You are welcome to pay your total balance at one time. We accept both check and credit cards (processed through Paypal). Here is a sample payment schedule:

  • Registration Deposit: $500 per person. Due immediately to secure your spot.

  • Payment 1: Half your remaining balance is due 60 days prior to departure.

  • Payment 2: Your entire remaining balance is due 30 days prior to departure.

  • Single Supplement: $500 due 30 days before departure, included in Payment 2.

  • Your customized invoice will have your payment due dates. Please email Info@vivemastours.com if you are having trouble locating your invoice.
