Jenny Desmond, President
Jenny’s background is in Spanish language and nonprofit leadership. She has always had a spirit filled with wanderlust and loves helping U.S. Americans explore places in Latin America that they might not otherwise see. She created tours in Cuba and Colombia because they are places many people wouldn’t go on their own, but have incredible cultures to share.
Rachel Desmond, Customer Service & Marketing Specialist
Rachel comes by her love for travel honestly. Upon graduating college, she left for Latin America to perfect her Spanish. She has lived in Guatemala, Mexico, and Colombia. She has also been on two of our Cuba tours. If you have any travel questions, she’s your girl!

Stephen Desmond, Chief Financial Officer
Stephen brings his expertise in finance to the Vive Mas Tours team. He reminds Jenny that no, pedicures with Rachel DO NOT count as a business expense. He’s also Jenny’s favorite travel partner, and the two of them go on Vive Mas Tour trips together a couple times a year.
Roger: Cuba
Roger has been leading tours for more than 20 years and is a master photographer and bird watcher. A former high school teacher, prepare to be impressed by his in-depth knowledge of all things Cuba and its connection to the rest of the world. His English is excellent, and he is a master storyteller.
Luis Fernando: Colombia
With more than 10 years of guiding experience, Luis is a master guide. A former restaurant owner and gourmet chef, he will guide you to the best restaurants in every destination with him. He has an in-depth understanding of the Colombian coffee industry and guests enjoy his humor and positive attitude.
